These different award organizers (representing world class expertise
in the areas of technological advancement and financial/commercial
achievements) recognized Dunwell's restless effort in practicing
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and in particular, the engineering
capability, innovative design, as well as the commercial sensibility
of Dunwell's VMAT, the world's first commercialized vibrating membrane
used oil recycling system.

In fact, Dunwell is the first Hong Kong company ever receiving
IChemE Awards from this professional association originally found
in 1922. Awardees in other categories include BP, Shell, Pfizer,
Bayer etc.

VMAT was also the only environmental treatment technology short-listed
in the Asian Innovation Awards (which honor new ideas, methods or
technologies, or applicants applying knowledge in unique ways to
improve quality of life or productivity) co-organized by Wall Street
Journal and the Economic Development Board of Singapore. The Gold
Medal went to a Singaporean company with Avian Flu Test kit and
the Silver winner running an Indian government health project, bringing
down the fatality rate of new born babies.

VMAT is an integration of lubricant sciences, membrane technologies,
environmental engineering and more than 13 years used oil recycling
experience. We have to credit our team and years of R & D to
develop this compact recycling system which includes a fully computerized
screening and testing system, chemical pretreatment, custom built
centrifuge, vibrating membrane filtering mechanism and final treatment
for color and odor to recycle the used oil to a base oil and blending
stock for motor oil again. Its simple, innovative, energy efficient
and cost effective design offers a return on investment within two
years in many countries around the world. As a result, we believe
that VMAT will revolutionize the whole used oil recycling industry
around the world.

While attaining all these international recognitions, Dunwell's
VMAT has been adopted by Beijing government as the preferred used
oil recycling technology, prior to the 2008 Olympics Games. VMAT
will also be installed in the UK, Indonesia and Malaysia by 2007
and is being enquired by Japan, Middle East, Canada, U.S. as well
as many European countries.
