The 1st VSEP unit set-up for treating waste oil in Asia
Since the introduction of VSEP - Fouling Resistant Vibratory Membrane Filtration System in 2001, Dunwell has set up the first VSEP industrial unit for waste oil treatment in Asia in August, 2002 after conducted a year of testing and analysis. This effective filtration system helped to speed up the re-refinary process and upgrade the quality of permeate. ISO9001:2000 - Continuous Improvement
Dunwell Petro-Chemical Co., Ltd. was accredited to ISO 9002:1994 Quality Management Systems in August, 1997. In the past few years, we had been developing a well-organized quality management system to monitor the quality of our products, and we would commit ourselves to the perfection of it.

Continuous Improvement in Quality is our ultimate goal. In 2002, we started the ISO90001:2000 renewal preparation process. With the collaboration of our top management and staff, we allocated more resources and efforts in the new quality system. We expect to get the certification of ISO9001:2000 in 2003. We will continue to work for total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of the quality our products and services.

Dunwell win the tender from GSD, HKSAR
Through years of effort and quality proof of our products , Dunwell Petro-Chemical Co. Ltd. (DPCL) finally win the tender from the Government Supplies Department. DPCL become the vendor of different Green lubricant to Hong Kong Government in 2003 and 2004.

New venture of Dunwell Group
Dunwell signed an Agency Agreement with the System Technology Asia Ltd. on Nov. 21, 2002 and become the sole agent for Sortec 3.1. Dunwell is going to set up these advanced, fully automated sorting and recycling plants for plastic waste in near future for a better environment.

Seminar Review on "Latest Technology on filtering System and Choosing Lubricants"
承蒙各友好廠商支持，因小得大-提高質量及利潤的捷徑研討會已於十月十六日完滿舉行，是次研討會有廿多間廠商代表出席。

當日出席之講者包括︰正昌石油化工董事總經理鄭文珊先生、業務總監譚法清先生、正昌環保科技高級項目經理黃明輝先生等。主要介紹離心式無芯過濾及偉思超頻震動薄膜過濾系統。

各參加者對偉思超頻震動薄膜過濾系統過濾的效果如此顯著感到十分驚奇，對於其運作的原理感到十分創新，而對離心式無芯過濾亦深感興趣。 此外，譚法清先生在會上解釋如何選擇合適的潤滑油、及分析冒牌油/非名牌油的問題，使各參加者能有效分辨冒牌油，避免無謂的金錢損失。

MANN+HUMMEL centrifugal oil cleaner is effective to use. It is operated by an pressurised oil supply. The oil passes through a rotor that spins it at high speed (8,000 rev/min). Particles in the oil are deposited on the inner wall of the rotor and form a dense cake. MANN+HUMMEL can remove substantial quantities of engine clogging soots up to 1 mircon diameter.

The 6th Sowers Action Charity Golf Tournament has been successfully held on April 26, 2002 at Mission Hills Golf Club, Shenzhen, China. With 97 participants joined this meaningful game plus support from other non-golf donators, more than HK$560,000 net donation has been raised.
