Chematco-Norditube
Joint Venture - Epoxy Resins in Cured-in-Place Pipe
(CIPP) rehabilitation
Chematco Ltd. is pleased to announce the signing
of joint venture agreement in December, 2003, with Norditube
Hong Kong Ltd., a subsidiary of Norditube Technologies
AB of Belgium (Norditube) which is majority owned by
the Chevalier Group. Through this agreement, Chematco
will be the exclusive epoxy resin developer and supplier
for the JV and Norditube.
The new JV, NordiResin Hong Kong Ltd., will be responsible
for resin application technology development, sales
and marketing of CIPP resins to support the business
of Norditube Technologies AB as well as the Chevalier
group of companies.
Chematco Ltd, a leading resin formulator in Hong Kong
and China, is well established in the building chemicals
and specialty resins field for over 15 years. This JV
with Norditube, a worldwide leading technology company
in trenchless pipe rehabilitation, will expand Chematco's
market overseas and strengthen its position as a leading
formulator and supplier of specialty epoxy resins for
building constructions and civil engineering. |

Since the set-up of new joint venture with the
New Logic Research to form Dunwell New Logic (Asia Pacific)

The
7th Sowers Action Charity Golf Tournament
The 7th Sowers Action Charity Golf Tournament has been
successfully held on April 25, 2003 at Mission Hills
Golf Club, Shenzhen, China. Despite the threat of SARS,
the tournament was successfully held on a fine day with
a record breaking no. of 112 players and raised over
HK$600,000 for the children who would not be able to
afford the fundamental education even at $200 each year. |

Dunwell
New Logic (Asia Pacific) Ltd. - A Joint Venture of Dunwell
and New Logic Research, USA
Since bringing VSEP into Asia, Dunwell has received
numerous enquiries on VSEP's superior performance on
a wide range of applications. On April 1, 2003, Dunwell
signed a joint venture agreement with New Logic Research
to form Dunwell New Logic (Asia Pacific) Ltd. (DNLAP)
that will act as an exclusive VSEP manufacturing and
technical support center in Asia Pacific. With this
strategic move, DNLAP will be able to capitalize the
enormous potential of wastewater treatment, drinking
water treatment and waste oil recycling markets around
the region. |
