Chematco-Norditube
Joint Venture - Epoxy Resins in Cured-in-Place Pipe
(CIPP) rehabilitation
Chematco Ltd. is pleased to announce the signing
of joint venture agreement in December, 2003, with Norditube
Hong Kong Ltd., a subsidiary of Norditube Technologies
AB of Belgium (Norditube) which is majority owned by
the Chevalier Group. Through this agreement, Chematco
will be the exclusive epoxy resin developer and supplier
for the JV and Norditube.
The new JV, NordiResin Hong Kong Ltd., will be responsible
for resin application technology development, sales
and marketing of CIPP resins to support the business
of Norditube Technologies AB as well as the Chevalier
group of companies.
Chematco Ltd, a leading resin formulator in Hong Kong
and China, is well established in the building chemicals
and specialty resins field for over 15 years. This JV
with Norditube, a worldwide leading technology company
in trenchless pipe rehabilitation, will expand Chematco's
market overseas and strengthen its position as a leading
formulator and supplier of specialty epoxy resins for
building constructions and civil engineering. |

The
7th Sowers Action Charity Golf Tournament
The 7th Sowers Action Charity Golf Tournament has been
successfully held on April 25, 2003 at Mission Hills
Golf Club, Shenzhen, China. Despite the threat of SARS,
the tournament was successfully held on a fine day with
a record breaking no. of 112 players and raised over
HK$600,000 for the children who would not be able to
afford the fundamental education even at $200 each year. |

Dunwell
New Logic (Asia Pacific) Ltd. - A Joint Venture of Dunwell
and New Logic Research, USA
Since bringing VSEP into Asia, Dunwell has received
numerous enquiries on VSEP's superior performance on
a wide range of applications. On April 1, 2003, Dunwell
signed a joint venture agreement with New Logic Research
to form Dunwell New Logic (Asia Pacific) Ltd. (DNLAP)
that will act as an exclusive VSEP manufacturing and
technical support center in Asia Pacific. With this
strategic move, DNLAP will be able to capitalize the
enormous potential of wastewater treatment, drinking
water treatment and waste oil recycling markets around
the region. |

As the Chairman of Friends of the Earth (Hong Kong)
Mr Daniel Cheng, welcomed guests and participants in
The 3rd Solar Cart Race on 8th December 2002 at Victoria
Park. Dr Sarah Liao, The Secretary of Environment, Transport
and Works and Ir Dr Simon Ho, the Chairman of Environmental
Division, and a few Legislative Councillors were invited
to be the officiating guests. |

- Continuous Improvement
Dunwell Petro-Chemical Co., Ltd. was accredited
to ISO 9002:1994 Quality Management Systems in August,
1997. In the past few years, we had been developing
a well-organized quality management system to monitor
the quality of our products, and we would commit ourselves
to the perfection of it.
 Continuous
Improvement in Quality is our ultimate goal. In 2002,
we started the ISO90001:2000 renewal preparation process.
With the collaboration of our top management and staff,
we allocated more resources and efforts in the new
quality system. We expect to get the certification
of ISO9001:2000 in 2003. We will continue to work
for total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
of the quality our products and services.

Speech
Mr. Daniel M. Cheng was invited to present speech in
many occasions in past few months. One is a seminar
on environmental protection industries organized by
the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC). More
than 400 participants has attended this seminar and
yet many interest parties missed it. The HKTDC therefore
uploaded the video of this seminar on web allowing people
who missed this seminar to watch the speech. Mr. Cheng
also presented a speech in the EnviroSeries Conference
on Nov. 22, 2002. Around 250 attendees from the professional
waste management in Hong Kong and overseas joined this
conference. |

win the tender from GSD, HKSAR
Through
years of effort and quality proof of our products ,
Dunwell Petro-Chemical Co. Ltd. (DPCL) finally win the
tender from the Government Supplies Department. DPCL
become the vendor of different Green lubricant to Hong
Kong Government in 2003 and 2004. |

50 litre drum with current specification and OEM as
well. |

venture of Dunwell Group
Dunwell signed an Agency Agreement with the System
Technology Asia Ltd. on Nov. 21, 2002 and become the
sole agent for Sortec 3.1. Dunwell is going to set
up these advanced, fully automated sorting and recycling
plants for plastic waste in near future for a better
environment.

use. It is operated by an pressurised oil supply.
The oil passes through a rotor that spins it at high
speed (8,000 rev/min). Particles in the oil are deposited

Health and Environmental (SHE) Week 2002 (June 18 -

been successfully held on April 26, 2002 at Mission
Hills Golf Club, Shenzhen, China. With 97 participants
joined this meaningful game plus support from other

has been raised.
