SEPARATOR
Separates free oil from water by using the patented
Coalescing Medium. It removes 99% oil from water or
99%water from oil. It can separate oil and grease down
to 10ppm when the oil is in free form. Oil-water separator
can be used as individual wastewater treatment equipment
or as an integral part of a treatment plant.

 DUNWELL
INDUCED AIR FLOATATION (IAF)
Removes most of the suspended solids, oil and grease;
and contributes to the partial removal of BOD and COD.
Fine bubbles generated by the aerator lift up large
flocs to the wastewater surface. The flocs will then
be scrapped away by the scraper and discharged as sludge.

 FILTER
PRESS
Functions to dewater sludge. Wet sludge is forced under
pressure into the filter chambers by a fluid process
pump. The solids are then retained by the filter cloth
and become sludge cakes. Once compacted under maximum
pump pressure, the cakes can be discharged.
