VMAT control system is equipped with touch screen panel controlled by Programmable Logic Control (PLC). VMAT is internet accessible, which can be monitored in remote distance. The main menu can monitor and control the three main operations of VMAT: pre-heat, filtration, flushing. It can also monitor and maintain past records of temperature, pressure and flow rate.

Pre-heating mode is the preparation step. Feed temperature is raised to designated value.

Filtration mode describes all the operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, tank level and alarms.

Before the system is required to stop, flushing mode starts. Permeate is returned to Vibrating membrane unit to P remove the dirt on membrane surface.

Critical operating parameters can be retrieved for performance monitoring.
